Gift Voucher

Salve a tutti,
sono nuovo del forum e vorrei un chiarimento da Giacomo: ho effettuato, tramite PayPal, un versamento di 75 Euro per un Gift Voucher, ma non ho nessun documento della PocketFMS per poterlo utilizzare in una nuova sottoscrizione se non il numero di ricevuta del pagamento stesso. Se effettuo la sottoscrizione mi si chiede l'ID del voucher che non posseggo, come fare? grazie e Buone Feste a tutti

Puoi usare il Vaucher per pagare una nuova sottoscrizione.
E' sufficente entrare nell'area di sottoscrizione del sito, invece di usare paypal o Banca, ora c'è una nuova opzione "Voucher".
Il sistema chiederà il n° del vaucher con il quale pagare la fattura.
Se preferisci l'italiano, fammi sapere chiediamo a Giacomo, ecc. ecc.||

Andrea, spero quanto sopra risolva il tuo inciampo.
(Non mi sembra si sia risolto il problema dell'ID Vaucher, che non possiedi).

Grazie Giacomo per la risposta, è la stessa che mi hanno inviato dalla PocketFMS, il problema è che io non ho nessun ID da inserire nell'apposito spazio per una nuova sottoscrizione! ho soltanto il numero della ricevuta del versamento fatto tramite PayPal poichè non mi è stato inviato nessun Gift Voucher. Comunque grazie e un felicissimo Natale, spero di risolvere quanto prima.

thanks for the quick reply, you're a lot faster then I am . The voucherID is not the same as the paypal id. He bought a voucher, a piece of paper that can be given as a present to a fellow pilot for (a part of) a PocketFMS subscription. Since we can't send paper digital, het got an email with a link to an image of that paper, do he can easily print it.
The voucherID is on that image. So maybe you can ask him to check for an email with that link. I can't get a copy yet (need marcel's help for that), but if he can't find it I will try to get a copy friday or at the latest monday.

Dato che non siamo in grado di spedire carta digitale, Andrea ( o colui che gli ha fatto il regalo ) dovrebbe aver ricevuto una mail con un link a un immagine del voucher, immagine che può facilmente essere stampata. Il voucher ID è impresso su quell'immagine.
Puoi chiedergli di fare un check nella posta? Se Andrea non riesce a trovare il messaggio con il link cercherò di farne una copia venerdì o lunedì.
