Our Privacy Policy.
The PocketFMS Foundation has quite a short and simple Privacy Policy: you entrusted us with your personal information, and if you'd care to share that information with anyone else besides us it should be your business and doing, not ours. Any information we gather concerning you is solely used for our own administration, and will never be voluntarily handed out, sold to or used by anyone outside the PocketFMS Foundation, save for an emergency, legal obligation or data theft from our servers. The chances that you wind up on some spammer's list by sharing your information with us are therefore virtually non-existent.
We record your personal information only in a few situations:
- you've had a mail correspondence with us,
- you've signed up for our newsletter / mailing list,
- you've registered PocketFMS, or
- you've joined the forum.
We won't ask you for more information than we actually need, and if for any reason you wish to be erased from our register, a simple email will take care of things.
Note: In case you are or become an Airmarshal, other Airmarshals may be presented your email address in case of conflicting AeroData submissions.

DISCLOSURE: THE POCKETFMS FOUNDATION WILL NOT SELL, TRADE, OR DISCLOSE TO THIRD PARTIES ANY CUSTOMER IDENTIFIABLE OR CONTACT INFORMATION DERIVED FROM THE REGISTRATION, SIGN UPS OR MAILING LISTS -- INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CUSTOMER NAMES, EMAIL ADDRESSES AND PHONE NUMBERS -- WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE CUSTOMER (EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY SUBPOENA, SEARCH WARRANT, OR OTHER LEGAL PROCESS, IN THE CASE OF IMMINENT PHYSICAL HARM TO THE CUSTOMER OR OTHERS, OR DURING UMN PARTICIPATION). WHEN THE POCKETFMS FOUNDATION USES OTHER AGENTS, CONTRACTORS OR COMPANIES TO PERFORM SERVICES ON ITS BEHALF, THE POCKETFMS FOUNDATION WILL ENSURE THAT THE COMPANY PROTECTS YOUR CUSTOMER IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION CONSISTENT WITH THIS POLICY.
