How to reach the PocketFMS People?
Before you contact us, please check if it's really necessary to do so. We spend much time in answering questions that are answered in the manual (see the FAQ in there) or on the forum! Time we spend in answering unnecessary questions is time not spent in development of PocketFMS . . We usually respond within a working day.
Please make sure that you at least use the latest versions of both program () and manual () before asking questions or reporting bugs. The newest version may already cure what your question was about!

| Lost passwords are the cause of a lot of emails being sent to us: | ||
| - | A missing Registration Number / Members Only password, which you received when you registered. After pressing the [Lost Registration Nr] button on the left, you will be asked for the email address you registered with us. The matching Registration Number will immediately be emailed to that address. | |
| - | A missing forum password, which you have chosen when joining the forum. You can press the [Lost Forum password] button on the left. After filling in some required info your password will immediately be emailed to you. | |
If all else fails or you no longer have access to a particular email account, please contact us. Press the [Contact the Crew] button on the left and please select the most appropriate subject - this will ensure that your message is sent straight to the right person, preventing unnecessary delays.
If you think you have found an error or have an addition to the PocketFMS AeroData, please use the [AeroData Remark] button on the left. This assures your message goes to the right Airmasrhal straight away.
You might for some reason need to have our Bank details, though these are displayed on our orders and invoices. Please remember that when you're paying per bank transfer you need to specify a valid order number and your 5-letter user ID, or we won't be able to process your payment. If we have not responded to your bank transfer, we might simply not be able to contact you, so please contact us!.
