How to reach the PocketFMS People?

Before you contact us, please check if it's really necessary to do so. We spend much time in answering questions that are answered in the manual (see the FAQ in there) or on the forum! The time that we have to spend in answering unnecessary questions is time not spent in development of PocketFMS!

Please make sure that you at least use the latest versions of both program () and manual () before asking questions or reporting bugs. The newest version may already cure what your question was about!

	You might also find answers in:
	-	The PocketFMS manual. With PocketFMS Desktop running, press the [F1] key or select Help | Help topics. The built in Search function is very useful. There's also a FAQ section in it.
	-	The PocketFMS forum is a great place to exchange information and also has a Search function. You can make a post in the forum, and another user just might be able to help you. The PocketFMS (Beta) Crew are also active on the forum. Besides, it's a nice place to meet other PocketFMS users and become a part of our community!
	-	The Content Delivery System (CDS) is a web-based system that holds interesting information for all PocketFMS users. Especially critical or operational information is published here. PocketFMS will alert you if a new message is available.

	Lost passwords are the cause of a lot of emails being sent to us:
	-	A missing Registration Number / Members Only password: Press the [Lost Registration Nr] button on the left and enter the email address you registered with us. Your Registration Number will immediately be emailed to that address.
	-	A missing forum password: Press the [Lost Forum password] button on the left. After filling in some required info your password will immediately be emailed to you.

If all else fails or you no longer have access to a particular email account, please contact us. Press the [Contact the Crew] button on the left and please select the most appropriate subject - this will ensure that your message is sent straight to the right person, preventing unnecessary delays.

If you think you have found an error or have an addition to the PocketFMS AeroData, please use the [AeroData Remark] button on the left. This assures your message goes to the right Airmasrhal straight away.
